*** Registration Form for “Elevate!” ***
Workshop Fees (without discount): Rs 750/- per participant, including course material.
Early-Birds Discount (up to five days prior to the workshop): Rs 600/- per participant.
Group Bookings (in groups of five participants): Rs 500/- per participant.
Mode of Payment:
1. Cash: To be deposited with your College Representative and confirmed via email to regfees@udbhavassociates.com
2. Net Banking: If you wish to pay using internet banking (online), please email info@UdbhavAssociates.com for bank account details.
Registration Terms & Conditions:
1. Registrations will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
2. There will be no refund for any cancellations made 5 days prior to the date of the Workshop.
3. In case the workshop has to be cancelled because of unforeseen circumstances, the entire fees will be refunded.
4. In case the workshop has to be postponed, the rescheduled dates will be communicated at least 3 days prior to the workshop and participants can opt either to get their entire fees refunded or retain the same for the rescheduled date of the workshop.
